We are seeking a Digital Advertising Client Manager to join our Digital Ad Sales team at RVOH Media. In this role, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of digital ad campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction and driving successful outcomes. Your collaborative mindset will foster strong partnerships with Sales, clients, and internal teams to deliver campaigns that meet or exceed expectations. Where You’ll Be
RVO Health operates on an in-office schedule to prioritize culture and accountability. You will work from the Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. You may work remotely on Mondays and Fridays if you wish. Address: 11000 Optum Cir Eden Prairie, MN 55344 What You’ll Do
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner across Sales, Marketing, Media Operations, and AdOps to develop and deliver innovative programs for digital advertisers. Pre-Launch Support:
Assist sales and clients on operational subjects to ensure smooth setup of IO and campaigns; provide launch guides, creative specs, IO terms, and guidance. Campaign Management and Execution:
Collaborate with AdOps, Performance, and internal teams to ensure flawless campaign execution, on-time delivery, and KPI achievement; align on client monthly billing requirements. Client Relations:
Handle time-sensitive inquiries to maintain high client satisfaction; engage with clients at meetings and events to strengthen relationships and support renewals. Strategic Development:
Help internal teams with strategy, identify incremental offerings, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to maximize revenue and campaign success. Expertise and Internal Leadership:
Serve as a trusted subject matter expert across Client Success, sharing knowledge, best practices, and trends to elevate team performance and drive innovation. What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in digital publishing sales support or a digital agency in planning or buying (pharmaceutical experience is a plus) Exceptional written and verbal communication and client services skills Positive attitude under frequent deadlines for multiple stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Ability to lead with urgency Strong fluency in digital media pricing models (CPM, CPUV, CPC, etc.) Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, DCM, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, CRM tools Familiarity with Crossix, IQVIA, IAS, DoubleVerify, etc. Compensation and Benefits
The following compensation elements are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements: Starting Salary: $61,875 - $90,000.
