Languages: Dutch (C2) required; English (B2) for internal collaboration. This role services Dutch-speaking customers. Our client’s mission is simple: empower people to take control of their health. They partner with community pharmacists, the most accessible healthcare professionals, to deliver value-added care services. With their patient-engagement platform, pharmacies get ready-to-use content and workflows that streamline communication between patients and pharmacists. As a Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle and play a key role in revenue growth: identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. You bring excellent communication skills and a strong bias for action. Together, they’ll deepen their understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and execute on their ambitious growth plans in the years ahead. Responsibilities

Prospecting and lead generation: identify and research targets via phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events; book intro meetings. Qualification and proposals: uncover needs and pain points; map stakeholders, budget, and timing; deliver tailored demos; build value cases and proposals aligned to customer goals. Closing: lead negotiations (virtual and in-person) to signature; handoff cleanly to Customer Success with agreed outcomes and timelines. Lead nurturing: maintain regular follow-ups to keep prospects engaged and informed about product and company updates. Market insights: stay up to date with industry trends and product developments. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the software or digital health industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (proficient level of Dutch required, and advanced English for internal use; professional French is a nice to have). Regular travel across Belgium (focusing on Flanders), driver’s license required. Self-motivated and ability to work independently, with a goal-oriented mindset and a strong bias to action (done is better than perfect). Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
