Bringing 2+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration or functional consulting Experienced in multiple NetSuite implementations, rollouts, or support engagements Familiar with the end-to-end business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report) Confident configuring forms, fields, records, roles/permissions, and approval flows Strong with Saved Searches (filters, formulas, summaries), dashboards, KPIs, and reporting Hands-on with SuiteFlow (workflows) and SuiteBuilder (custom records, forms, field setup) Experienced supporting UAT: test case prep, defect triage, user support, and go-live readiness Practical with data operations: CSV imports/exports, data validation, migration support Exposed to modules like Financials (GL/AP/AR), CRM, SCM, or Projects Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets, with a basic SQL mindset (joins/filters/aggregations) Understanding integrations and APIs at a functional level (REST/SOAP concepts, mapping, error handling) Familiar with SuiteAnalytics / SuiteQL (nice to have) Aware of SuiteScript / scripting use cases (would be a plus) AND YOU WANT TO
Own NetSuite configuration and continuous improvements based on business needs Design and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and reporting for different stakeholders Lead module-level process analysis, solution design, and functional delivery Support UAT and go-live activities, including training materials and user enablement Collaborate with project managers, QA, developers, and senior consultants on cross-stream delivery Help troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis with structured problem-solving TOGETHER WE WILL
