A local non‑profit organization with a $3B+ portfolio of sophisticated public and private investments is looking to add an Associate Director of Operations to their small, collaborative team.
This is an exciting opportunity to assist with all accounting aspects covering the life cycle of the firm’s investments.
The person will work side by side with senior leadership and will be involved in onboarding new investments, including the determination of appropriate US GAAP accounting treatment and reporting needs for investments. The candidate will participate and guide financial audits, ensuring accurate investment capture of all transactions into the firm’s software.
On‑site 3 days a week, downtown Minneapolis
