You will design and produce a multi-platform learning experience that helps everyday people understand artificial intelligence and feel empowered rather than intimidated by it. This is a unique opportunity to shape how tens of millions of radio listeners, podcast subscribers, and newsletter readers learn about one of the most transformative technologies of our time. You will work directly with Kim Komando in our Phoenix broadcast headquarters to create video content, webinars, written materials, and curriculum tied to a weekly audio and video podcast, radio segments and newsletters. What You’ll Do

Curriculum Development:

Design the learning arc for AI education content, determining what topics to cover, in what sequence, and at what depth for a general audience. Content Production:

Create and oversee written materials, video scripts, webinar outlines, and podcast episode guides that make complex AI concepts accessible and engaging. Video & Webinar Coordination:

Work with our studio team to plan and produce educational videos and live webinars recorded at our broadcast headquarters. Multi-Platform Distribution:

Adapt content for radio, podcast, newsletter, and video formats to reach our audience wherever they are. Audience Research:

Understand what confuses, excites, or concerns our audience about AI and use those insights to shape content that truly helps people. Who You Are

5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, educational content creation, or a related field. A proven ability to break down complex topics for general audiences. You can take something technical and make it understandable and interesting. Experience creating multi-format content (written, video, audio) or working in media/broadcast environments. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple content streams and deadlines. Genuine curiosity about AI and technology. You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you should be excited to learn and share what you discover. Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to clarity and tone. Nice to Have

Background in journalism, tech reporting, or science communication. Experience with adult learning principles or corporate training. Familiarity with AI tools and applications (even as a recent learner). Details

Full-time Salary:
