Location: 28212 Constellation Road, Unit D, Valencia, CA
Salary: $40-60,000 depending on experience - Highly Competitive, approx 30 hours per week, no Health Benefits, Commissions, and additional Private Training sessions available

Position Overview We are seeking a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach to lead our performance training programs. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for youth athletic development, a deep understanding of sports performance training, and the ability to motivate and mentor both athletes and staff. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the training philosophy, developing performance programs, and ensuring Elite Edge remains at the forefront of athletic development.
Key Responsibilities
Be the FACE of Elite Edge in the community. Outreach and network with Schools, Clubs, parents, and actively promote the brand to SCV
In collaboration with the Director of Human Performance, Design, implement, and oversee strength & conditioning programs for youth athletes across multiple sports.
Lead group and individual training sessions, ensuring proper technique and progression.
Educate athletes on injury prevention, recovery, and overall performance optimization.
Collaborate with coaches, athletic trainers, and parents to customize training plans.
Stay current on the latest research and trends in sports performance to continuously improve training methodologies.
Mentor and develop assistant coaches and interns to maintain a high standard of coaching.
Monitor athlete progress and adjust programs based on performance assessments.
Ensure a safe, high‑energy, and motivating training environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification (required).
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Performance, or a related field.
Proven experience in sports performance training, preferably with youth athletes.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Passion for helping young athletes reach their full potential.
