Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram, in Tinley Park is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and supports the dealership's sales team, working closely with the General Sales Managers to drive performance, maintain high standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
Monitor individual and team performance, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development
Ensure dealership sales processes, policies, and standards are consistently followed
Uphold dealership standards to achieve top Customer Satisfaction (SSI) scores on every sale
Support the sales team in closing deals when needed
Oversee vehicle deliveries to ensure a premium customer experience
Review and manage inventory levels; provide recommendations to General Sales Management
Assist with trade appraisals as necessary
Qualifications
Previous automotive sales management experience preferred
3–5 years of successful automotive sales experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention detail
