Senior Consultant - In-house Consultancy, Innovation, Trends and Thought Leadership Central London to GBP 72,000 + benefits - (posted Jan 27 2026)

Responsibilities

Be part of an in-house consultancy with a focus on trends, futuristic innovations, thought leadership and sustainability.

Engage with a dream client portfolio including influential charitable foundations, global retail brands, tech giants and leaders within financial services.

Play a key role in expanding into the US market, working from London with a focus on the US where the global HQ is based; some travel to New York (up to 4 times a year).

Help create and deliver client-led solutions within an expanding team, building relationships with internal sales teams, engaging with clients, and leading projects while overseeing a talented research and project management team.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to problem-solve, articulate concise solutions, and deliver thought leadership, round tables, expert interviews and events.

Contribute to a culture of high-quality work, pragmatic problem-solving, and client-centric delivery in a supportive environment with strong work-life balance considerations.

Qualifications

Qual B2B experience is required within research/consulting.

Proven track record of owning client relationships and nurturing long-standing engagements.

Role Details

4 days a week in the office is required; offices are in Central London.

The role involves travel to the US as part of expanding the team.
