Job Title: Account Rep Specialist – Endocrinology (Entry or Experienced) Location: Lafayette, IN Job ID: PSR59c Responsibilities
Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography. Develop, analyze, prioritize and execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means. Apply pharmacology, healthcare, and market knowledge to meet or exceed customer needs. Execute sales territory management and customer development strategies. Establish and maintain excellent communication and working relationships with physicians and healthcare providers. Qualifications
Experience or aptitude in a quota‑driven sales role. Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. Demonstrated high performance and strong learning aptitude. High sense of urgency and customer‑service orientation. Strong business acumen and market insight. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑based culture.
