Responsibilities
- Create & Capture Content
- Film and edit short-form video quickly and confidently
- Record voiceovers and appear on camera when needed
- Turn ideas into content on the spot
- Capture behind-the-scenes, educational, product, and community content
- Produce basic to intermediate product photography
- Execute On-Brand Content for social media (Reels, carousels, stories, static posts)
- Execute On-Brand Content for Email marketing (visuals + light copy support)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube
- Experienced in capturing and editing short-form video
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds
- Must be able to access various departments of a given location
- Must not be sensitive to fragrances and scents
Preferred
- Basic photography or lighting knowledge
- Familiar with email marketing tools and Shopify e-commerce environments
- Strong organizational skills and reliability
- Passion for supporting makers, small businesses, and creative communities
