Senior Business Analyst
Insight Global is seeking a highly driven Senior Business Analyst to support one of our Financial Services clients. This BA will partner closely with a dedicated product team across three key product lines: Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Prescription Drug. In this role, the Senior BA will help shape business requirements, develop and refine user stories, ensure CMS-aligned process accuracy, and drive alignment between product, business, and IT teams. This person will translate complex Medicare business rules into actionable technical solutions and support delivery across multiple initiatives that impact member experience, compliance, and overall plan operations.

Skills and Requirements:
- 34+ years of Business Analyst experience
- 1+ year within healthcare, Medicare, or health insurance environments
- 1+ year working in an Agile setting, with hands-on knowledge of Scrum and familiarity with the SAFe framework
- Proven experience partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine them, and create detailed user stories in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Baseline healthcare domain knowledge, with a high-level understanding of Medicare operations, regulations, and industry changes
- Proficiency with Jira or similar work-management tools
- Strong experience writing and maintaining user stories
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting Medicare products or navigating CMS regulations
- Background working on IT or cross-functional technology initiatives in a health plan environment
- Familiarity with claims, enrollment, eligibility, or other core healthcare operational workflows
