We are looking for three individuals at a senior level to cover the Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence, and Compensation modules. This is a remote position requiring 40% travel supporting Philadelphia and San Diego based teams./ppEssential Duties:/polliAnalyze and map business requirements to Oracle Hcm functionalities to ensure optimal alignment./liliLead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Hcm modules./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end Hcm solutions./liliProvide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle Hcm implementation and maintenance./liliDevelop and deliver training sessions to empower users and administrators./liliConduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability and performance./liliTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements./liliStay updated on Oracle Hcm product updates and emerging trends to continually enhance solutions/li/olpRequired Skills Experience:/pulliA bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field./liliMinimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Hcm Cloud, either in a consulting role or as an end user working in a Human Resources department./liliProficient in Oracle Hcm Cloud, with hands-on experience in core modules such as Core Hr, Talent Management, and Payroll./liliStrong understanding of Hcm processes and best practices./liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills./liliProven ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams./liliStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders./liliAbility to think critically and solve problems independently/li/ulpDesired Skills Experience:/pulliOracle Hcm Cloud certification./liliExperience with Oracle Hcm integrations and reporting tools./liliFamiliarity with Agile project management methodologies./liliPrior experience either in a consulting role or working in a public sector environment./liliKnowledge of global Hcm processes and compliance requirements./liliAdvanced skills in data analysis and reporting./liliAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously/li/ulpApplication Deadline: 1-30-2026/ppThe Smx salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
