Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions. Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing businesses. Partner with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive policies. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and business growth. Handle renewals, endorsements, and claims support with professionalism and care. Stay ahead of industry trends and carrier offerings to provide clients with the best options. What We’re Looking For
Active Kansas Property and Causality License (required). At least two years of experience with commercial lines insurance (required). Experience with an independent agency with multiple carriers (preferred) Knowledge of commercial lines such as general liability, property, workers’ comp, and commercial auto. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple accounts.
