We are seeking a full-time Escrow Assistant for West Palm Beach, Florida office. Responsibilities
and day-to-day duties are focused on supporting escrow operations and ensuring timely, accurate processing.
Responsibilities
Basic understanding and proficiency in one’s work function which includes but is not limited to:
Opening orders (Ability to read purchase contracts and title request for information)
Ordering demands (payoffs, utilities, judgment, liens, taxes, HOAs, HOIs, EOIs)
Pulling tax certifications
Sending commitments to the right parties
Pulling CPLs

Qualifications
1-2 years experience
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
High School Diploma
Basic proficiency on SoftPro (title production system) and outside platforms (e.g. lender websites, county tax websites, utility websites)
Demonstrated detail orientation
Excellent phone, email, and face-to-face communication skills
Comfortable speaking and interacting with customer service at outside banks and lenders
Knowledge of escrow/title terminology (Deed of Trust, Lender, etc.) a plus but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Typing and 10key accuracy is required.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of the work, including escrow officers, attorneys and others.
Clear, concise and effective oral and written communication.
The ability to identify, obtain and organize documents with a high level of accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
