Originate mortgage loans (purchase + refinance) Manage your pipeline with the support of processing + operations Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners Follow up with leads, collect documents, and structure files Provide exceptional client experience from pre-approval to closing Stay current on loan products, guidelines, and market trends Optionally grow into a team lead or branch owner role What We Provide
