Business Development Representative (BDR) Field Outreach & Relationship Builder Fresno / Central Valley | Part-Time or Full-Time

About the Role We’re hiring an outgoing Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our roofing and contracting company through in-person outreach and relationship building.

This is not a sales role. You won’t inspect, quote, or close deals. Your job is to connect with local businesses, build relationships, and book free inspection appointments for our sales team.

If you’re confident, personable, and enjoy being out in the community talking to people, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Visit local businesses, real estate offices, property managers, commercial properties, and organizations

Introduce our company and services in a professional, friendly way

Build long-term relationships with decision-makers

Book appointments for

free inspections

(no selling required)

Attend networking events and community functions

Track outreach and appointments using company systems

What This Role Is NOT

No selling

No inspections

No construction experience required

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing, confident, and professional personality

Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations

Highly presentable and customer-facing

Self-motivated and reliable

Reliable transportation is required

Experience in business development, brand promotion, hospitality, real estate, or customer-facing roles is a plus—but not required.

Schedule

Part-time or full-time available
