
Social Media Coordinator
eMed is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to act as a personal brand manager for our CEO, crafting, scheduling, and monitoring content to build the CEO’s personal voice and thought leadership across platforms like X, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. A knack for crafting, editing, and producing on-brand content is essential. Must also have a strong understanding of scheduling posts, community management, follower engagement and analyzing post performance.
Responsibilities:
Autonomously ideate large volumes of content across multiple social media platforms and tools, with informed guidance from leadership and agency partners, with high organizational skills
Create content that makes impactful connections with target audiences, measured by attention metrics (likes, comments, etc)
Cull content for insights based on real-time response/reaction to live content on social channels, and adapt content based on these learnings
Collaborate with leadership, agency partners and cross functional departments on rapid fire requests and tight timelines
Collaborate with leadership and agency partners to craft content and community management responses
Manage approvals of all content (copy and visual assets) with legal, leadership and CEO
Attend team meetings, actively contributing to content ideas and design strategy formulation
Working closely with the CEO to support their personal brand growth and capture content throughout the day and potentially at events
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in content creation for social media platforms; an avid and “obsessively curious” maven in social media
Excellent, professional, and adaptable writing style for creating personal and authoritative content
Experience working with editing platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects, Canva
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities
Extraordinary content creation skills, capable of execution from start to finish, with a passion for various kinds of creative outlets including design, video, editing and writing
Responsible, accountable, very attentive to details and self-starter who demonstrates initiative.
Ability to collaborate with the individuals of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and positive results
Candidates may need to work, at times, with flexibility regarding hours to match the executive's schedule or event needs
