Account Rep – Respiratory (Exp. or Entry) Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Specialty & Entry Level

Our Pharmaceutical Sales Rep team provides overall direction for our company and equips members with the tools necessary to rise to any challenge through hard work, effort, and an unwavering competitive spirit. We are seeking a consistent high performer with proven selling skills to join our innovative organization. Each Representative will establish, promote, and maintain a high level of sales.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.

Develop, analyze, prioritize, and execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means.

Use functional and technical knowledge of pharmacology products, healthcare, pharmaceutical marketplaces, managed care, and customer markets to meet or exceed customer needs.

Understand and execute sales territory management and customer development.

Establish and maintain excellent communication and sound working relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

Some sales ability or experience in a quota‑driven role.

Some education or knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

Demonstrated sustained high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning.

High sense of urgency, especially regarding customer service orientation.

Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities.

Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance‑based, fast‑paced, results‑oriented culture.

Must maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical at all times.
