Overview Caliber is seeking a

Real Estate Analyst

to join our team in

Scottsdale, AZ . This role supports acquisitions, development, asset management, and fund management through detailed financial modeling and analytical work. You’ll help evaluate investment opportunities, support transactions from start to finish, and keep our numbers honest! This role is based out of our headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ and it is not a remote or hybrid position.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, development projects, asset management, and fund management

Analyze multiple asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, self-storage, industrial, hospitality, and specialty-use

Review due diligence materials and prepare investment memorandums for Investment Committee review

Support transactions from initial deal sourcing through closing and capital deployment

Maintain quarterly asset and fund valuations across Caliber’s portfolio

Assist with portfolio management initiatives such as refinancings, sell/hold analyses, recapitalizations, and joint venture oversight

Review and interpret legal documents including leases, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, PPMs, joint venture agreements, and title documents

Conduct market research including rent and sales comps, supply/demand analysis, and demographic trends

Participate in site tours for prospective acquisitions and existing assets

Support our Sales Team efforts by assisting with investor calls and presentations

Complete ad-hoc analytical projects across departments as needed (because real estate never sits still)

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, business administration, or equivalent experience

2–5 years of experience in a commercial real estate or related analytical role

Advanced Excel skills, including experience building complex financial models with joint venture waterfalls

Understanding of real estate investment metrics such as IRR, NPV, Equity Multiple, DSCR, and Debt Yield

Experience reviewing legal and transaction documents and translating them into financial analysis

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Comfort working with evolving processes and occasional ambiguity

Experience using industry databases such as CoStar

ARGUS Enterprise experience preferred, but not required
