
Customer Service Representative
Transdev in Norcross, GA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer-service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety.
Compensation & Benefits $17.00 per hour
Vacation: up to 14 days per year
Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs/month full‑time, 5 hrs/month part‑time

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely, accurate information or redirect to a supervisor.
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Computer literate.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to operate a standard telephone system.
Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
Long periods of sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings.
