Job Description We’re looking for a highly organised, collaborative and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Head of Solutions and wider leadership team. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in a busy, dynamic environment where your attention to detail, communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships will make a real difference.
What you’ll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Solutions and wider leadership team
Managing complex and fast‑changing diary arrangements
Organising travel and preparing itineraries and supporting materials
Handling correspondence and acting as a key contact on behalf of the Head of Solutions
Onboarding new team members and coordinating pre‑joiner information
Managing updates to organisational charts, biographies and web content with colleagues across the business
Collaborating with the Solutions Business Manager on ad hoc tasks and priorities
Contributing actively to leadership meetings and wider team initiatives
Qualifications
Experience providing high‑quality administrative support to a senior leader and wider team
Strong ability to coordinate and manage multiple busy diaries effectively
Previous experience in a financially oriented or similarly complex business environment
Confident and clear communication skills at all levels, including senior stakeholders and external partners
Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
A collaborative team player who helps build morale and supports a positive team culture
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
