We are seeking a Director of Sales and Business Development for a full-time, on-site role located in Highlands Ranch, CO. The Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying and engaging new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, collaborating with marketing teams, and mentoring sales staff to achieve corporate goals. Additionally, this leader will analyze market trends, prepare proposals, and represent Altitude Exhibits at industry events to expand our business footprint. Qualifications

Strong sales acumen with expertise in client relationship management, account development, and lead generation Proven ability in business development, strategic planning, and market analysis in Experiential Exhibits Leadership abilities, including team management, mentoring, and motivational skills Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience in the exhibit or related industries is a significant advantage Proficiency in Salesforce CRM tools, sales software, and creating comprehensive sales proposals and reports Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
