This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on execution, consistency, and content excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams while driving day‑to‑day content operations.
What You’ll Do
Content Planning & Calendar Management: Own and manage a multi-channel content calendar. Translate business goals into actionable content plans. Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and cadence across channels.
✉️ Email Marketing (B2C + B2B): Write newsletters, announcements & campaign emails. Support lifecycle and engagement initiatives. Repurpose email content into blog & social formats. Align with internal teams on messaging strategy.
Content Creation & Repurposing: Write and edit blog posts, social content & supporting copy. Turn a single idea into multiple pieces of content. Adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
Social Media Execution: Create and schedule daily social content. Convert long‑form content into short, platform‑ready pieces. Monitor engagement and apply learnings.
AI‑Enabled Content Production: Use generative AI tools to draft & scale content efficiently. Apply strong editorial judgment for quality & brand alignment.
PR & Communications Support: Draft pitches, press releases & thought leadership pieces. Maintain aligned messaging across owned channels.

What You Bring
2–5 years of content marketing experience
Excellent writing & editing skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
