
Title: Fulfillment Associate
Location: North Olmsted, OH (Full time, on-site)
FLSA Status: Hourly, non-exempt
Position Overview The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for fulfilling e-commerce orders for a luxury watch brand. Candidates in this role must have a strong attention to detail and ability to uphold brand standards. Thisis a full-time onsite position at our North Olmsted operation and requires the candidate to be on location in our office Monday-Friday from 9-5pm, with the possibility of extended hours during peak times.
Responsibilities
Process incoming orders
Package orders neatly and securely
Inspect products for damage or defects
Unload and organize products into storage areas
Load and unload shelves
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Quality control inspection of all outgoing products, as well as incoming returned items
Partner with Inventory Coordinator to ensure correct items are shipped to customers in a timely manner
Requirements
Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Ability to securely package high-value orders in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or accuracy
Must be able to read and understand documents such as packing lists, invoices and inventory reports
High level of integrity
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to achieve departmental goals
