After a successful Series A, the company is scaling across Europe and strengthening its Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction of its growing client base.
Your Mission:
As a Customer Success Manager / Partner Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customers get the maximum value from the platform — from onboarding to adoption and retention. You’ll lead project launches, coordinate integrations, and build trusted relationships that translate into long-term partnerships. \
Main Responsibilities:
70 % Customer Onboarding & Project Management
Lead onboarding sessions and training for new customers.
Coordinate projects between clients, integration partners, and internal teams.
Manage timelines, anticipate risks, and ensure smooth go-lives.
Track project performance using internal tools and continuously improve processes.
30 % Account Management & Growth
Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio.
Identify upsell opportunities and support the sales team in developing existing accounts.
Provide proactive support via phone and email; collect feedback to enhance the product.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve the customer journey.
Join a dynamic, international team of passionate professionals (ex-Zalando, Groupon…) operating fully remote across Europe, with an average age of 32 y/o. You’ll report directly to the Head of Customer Success and work closely with the founders — experienced entrepreneurs who value autonomy, curiosity, and impact. You’ll also benefit from a personalized mentorship program, designed to help you grow into a senior Customer Success Manager.
Profil About You:
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management, ideally within a SaaS / tech / digital environment.
Proven record in onboarding and developing customers.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and at least two of the following languages: French, German, Polish.
Excellent communication skills, energetic and solution-oriented mindset.
Proficient in CRM like HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, or Zendesk.
Bonus:
technical understanding of ERP / API / EDI integrations.
