
We are seeking a Marketing Business Analyst for a long term contract opportunity. This role oversees the strategic, tactical, and operational administration of Client’s Marketing Automation Platform—primarily HubSpot—to ensure marketing technology, data, and insights are optimized to support marketing, sales, and broader business objectives.

What’s the Job?
Serve as the primary HubSpot Administrator, providing expert guidance, maintaining system integrity, and optimizing existing and emerging platform capabilities.
Develop and present recommendations for marketing campaigns, helping define key deliverables, success metrics, and performance insights.
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to communicate HubSpot capabilities, gather stakeholder input, and support alignment in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Create, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, recommending improvements and executing enhancements to drive better outcomes.
Manage system access, validate functionality, troubleshoot integration and deliverability issues, and conduct root‑cause analysis to ensure reliable, error‑free platform operations.
What’s Needed?
BA/BS degree in Marketing/Business Management, or Computer Science/Information Management, with interest and aptitude in marketing, sales and technology.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience with utilizing and administering HubSpot marketing automation platform. Certifications in marketing automation platforms a plus.
Experience with email and landing page development, custom data objects, forms tracking, closed loop reporting, analytics, and integration with Salesforce.com and other applications.
A strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM, related utilization by marketing and sales teams, and associated metrics to gauge marketing results. Familiarity with Seismic and/or similar content management platforms a plus.
Requires understanding of optimal customer lead journeys in coordination with marketing and sales processes and the ability to define and track success measures.
Exceptional organization and communication skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic marketing environment.
