Your Impact Work with the Marketing Manager to develop programs and initiatives that target brand and product growth (margin and market share) in areas of opportunity.
Responsible for key tactical marketing activities, including price realization, campaign development and monitoring, new product introduction planning (12–18 months pre‑launch), and setting/tracking retail and billing objectives.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business-related field and 8+ years of post-collegiate experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management
5+ years of experience promoting products while developing and executing sales plans, product launches, and marketing plans
Technical or mechanical background with at least one year of experience in agricultural equipment, specifically understanding the functionality of an agricultural machine
Proficient with Microsoft Power Point, including creating and giving presentations, demonstrating verbal and written communication skills to articulate AGCO’s strategies and tactics
Intermediate in Microsoft Excel, an understanding of promotional techniques and supplier or dealer operations
Nice to have: Agronomy background or certification, Project management experience
