Children’s Happy Teeth & Happy Braces is a fast-growing pediatric dental and orthodontic group dedicated to creating healthy smiles and happy experiences for kids and families. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is creative, data-driven, and excited to help grow a family-focused healthcare brand.
What You’ll Do
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms Manage and grow social media presence, including content planning, posting, and performance tracking Oversee website content, landing pages, and basic SEO optimization Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, ROI) Collaborate with leadership and office teams to support promotions, events, and new location launches Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, dental, or service-based industries Strong knowledge of paid ads, social media platforms, and analytics tools Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad platforms Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bonus: Experience with email marketing, CRM tools, or graphic/video content Why Join Us
