Your Wireless – Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer is looking for an experienced small business account manager to support locations throughout Virginia and West Virginia. This role focuses on building relationships with small and medium‑business customers, driving sales of 5G and connected products, and mentoring retail sales associates. Compensation
Base pay plus sales bonuses and incentives—total compensation potential $100,000+. Unlimited commission opportunity to exceed base targets. Monthly performance‑based bonuses. Benefits

Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce, track sales progress, and maintain a book of business. Prospect, network, and generate new leads through outbound calls and visits. Engage and educate small‑business customers in‑store, digitally, and via outreach. Partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives. Lead weekly call blitzes, review performance with leadership, and conduct 1:1 meetings with District Managers. Meet monthly sales targets and update the region on performance. Qualifications
3+ years in a similar retail sales or wireless role. 1+ year of outside sales experience. Proven leadership and coaching skills. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Spanish Bilingual a plus. Proficient with technology, Microsoft Office, POS systems, and mobile devices. Strong attention to detail, goal‑oriented, self‑motivated. Capability to travel to assigned locations and work evenings, weekends, holidays. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. EEO Statement
