Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will lead our sales initiatives, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will report directly to the leadership team and collaborate with all teams, including real-world and digital marketing, application, and web development, to ensure alignment and success.

Salary Base salary plus some of the highest commission rates in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Create sales plans and set performance targets for the sales team.

Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Provide training and support to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations:

Manage sales operations, including CRM management, sales reporting, and forecasting.

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Participate in networking events and industry conferences to generate leads.

Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with application and web development teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to align on goals and strategies.

Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Experience in the digital marketing or technology industry is a plus.
