Your Wireless is set to grow in 2025 and we have an immediate opportunity for a Wireless Small Business Account Manager. Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce, prospecting, and engaging with VZ campaigns daily. Lead weekly call blitzes, review performance with leadership, track sales progress. Meet monthly sales targets, lead 1:1 meetings with District Managers, provide region-wide updates. Introduce small and medium business customers to 5G products and services. Demonstrate value of products and services by introducing end-to-end technology solutions. Generate new business through prospecting, networking and working leads and referrals. Partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives. Acquire and retain accounts in the small business segment. Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to solve business problems. Perform outbound sales prospecting and customer visits. Service needs of existing customer base. Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, manage pipeline and book of business. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably Verizon Wireless or other wireless business, managing a team for performance. 1+ year of outside sales experience. 3+ years of experience in a retail sales environment. Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire employees and peers. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Spanish bilingual is a plus. Ability to understand, explain, and breakdown behaviors to drive key performance metrics. Highly proficient with technology, including cellular devices, computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office suite. Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles required. Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service. Ability to travel to various locations in the assigned district as business needs dictate. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18 years of age or older and provide proof of work eligibility in the US. Benefits
