We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join Movado Group as an Associate Account Executive for key department store and/or chain accounts. The Associate Account Executive will support in identifying, cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing and new accounts to generate profitable and sustainable growth.**Roles and Responsibilities:**
Account support and shadowing for assigned accounts, responsible for sell-in and sell-through aspects of the business, with guidance from Sr. AE.* **Analyze Retail Sales**
+ Assist in analysis and reporting topline sales this year /last year sales weekly, monthly and quarterly.
+ Support review of sku assortment sales and door sales weekly and monthly and identify assortment update opportunities, reorders, newness buys and markdowns across accounts.
- Manages with direction from Sr. AE orders and markdowns monthly, quarterly, seasonally based on account sales trends.
+ Build seasonal assortments by Account by Brand
- Assist Sr. AE with preparation of quarterly and seasonal growth strategies to drive corporate, brand and customer objectives presented at market meetings.
- Communicate product opportunities to Brand teams through sales and trends on styling and price.
- Assist with new product launches Quarterly by brand based on story telling strategies and trends.
- Assist in inputting forecast data with leadership direction* **Manage Order Maintenance**
+ Collaborate with warehouse teams to allocate, fulfill, and ship goods on time.
- Track allocations and release orders to ship, secure extensions and monitor price/order holds.* **Manage Marketing Initiatives by Account**
+ Coordinate with Sr. AE for budget and execution of coop, fixtures, visual merchandising guidelines by account.
+ Assist with entering Coop/markdowns/spend in SAP system with proof of performance.
+ Track advertised sku’s to ensure store delivery and drop ship feed is live.
+ Assist with tracking accounts ECom teams are updating sites to new campaign assets.
+ Support Sr. AE in working with Brand and Coordinator teams to request, distribute & track POS for accounts.* **POS**
+ Participation in Biweekly meetings with Merchant team regarding Winston service updates
+ Assist in Managing schedule of account visits communication and impact on accounts
+ Assist in updates and maintenance of space and location tracker by account* **Interact and collaborate with customer service, distribution and other sales support areas within the organization*** **Keep properly informed on assigned brand products and services as well as industry trends*** **20% guided travel will be involved, including overnight travel****Job Requirements:**The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 3 years’ relevant Sales experience* Possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment* Strong interpersonal skills, decision making capabilities, and strong organizational skills* Innovative, to make processes more efficient as needed* Pro-active, resourceful, self-starter* Extremely flexible and able to adjust to changing business needs and responsibilities* Ability to provide support to a large sales team at varying organization levels* Proficient in Excel and the ability to learn other Microsoft Office features and SAPThe base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
