The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing incoming leads, maintaining accurate CRM data, coordinating customer communications, and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the sales process. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales associates, and management while also supporting marketing and showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor incoming leads from all sources, including websites, phones, showrooms, and social media

Enter, assign, and transfer leads in the CRM to appropriate sales associates

Track and monitor leads to ensure initial customer contact is made in a timely manner

Assist sales associates with CRM updates and data entry during time constraints

Communicate incoming inquiries and lead activity to the Sales Manager

Customer Interaction & Support

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly

Assist customers with basic product information, including product names and availability

Transfer customers to available sales associates or take detailed messages when necessary

Track showroom customers to ensure timely assistance and a positive customer experience

Maintain existing customer touchpoints using approved and scripted messaging

Social Media & Marketing Support

Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and leads

Create and post daily organic social media content in alignment with company guidelines

Communicate social media leads and inquiries to the sales team and management

Training, Events & Compliance

Complete required OEM product knowledge tests and certifications

Participate in dealership/company events, shows, promotions, and training sessions as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data entry (or ability to learn quickly)

Comfort using social media platforms for business purposes

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Type:

Full-time, 40+ hrs./wk.

Schedule:

Five days a week from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (this is NOT a remote position)
