Mid-Atlantic Finance is seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-paced Houston office. We are open to candidates from customer-facing backgrounds including Retail, Food Service, Hospitality, and Call Centers. Collections experience is helpful but not required.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
Maintain strong customer relationships while collecting payments on past-due accounts
Negotiate payment solutions that benefit both the customer and the company
Perform account maintenance and accurately document customer interactions
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable and punctual
Excellent attention to detail
Goal-oriented and motivated mindset
Proficient with Microsoft applications
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, not required
