
Graphic Designer
We are seeking a talented and collaborative Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across a wide range of channels and touchpoints.
In this role, you will serve as a key creative partner to marketing and stakeholders across the organization, translating strategic direction and business goals into thoughtful, high-quality visual solutions. From concept development to final execution, you will create designs that reflect our brand’s values, elevate our marketing and communications, and support our practices and partners.
This position blends creative problem-solving with strong project ownership, offering the opportunity to shape workflows, collaborate with internal and external partners, and deliver impactful creative across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
What You Will Do
Act as a primary point of contact for creative projects, leading the collaboration, ideation, and solution development for requests from marketing team members and stakeholders across the organization
Gather input from stakeholders to ensure creative and designs reflect the brand’s values and vision, express ideas accurately, and represent the practice appropriately
Translate strategic direction into design concepts and high-quality creative within an established brand identity for a wide range of projects and media
Create visual layouts, images, illustrations, animations, and videos for use in marketing online, in presentations, collateral, signage, communications, emails, advertisements, and marketing materials
Update and maintain internal and external databases, content management systems, and storefronts with designs, photography, video, and project materials
Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including negotiation of necessary contracts and partnership agreements
Examine existing workflows and processes, identify optimization opportunities, and implement solutions that improve creative operations and design capabilities
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, brand-aligned design, and execution across digital, print, and multimedia formats
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with motion, video, or animation tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience gathering requirements and incorporating feedback from diverse stakeholders
