You’ll be in charge of creating and scheduling posts, maintaining brand consistency, tracking performance, and keeping our audience connected and inspired.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule posts across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn)
Write clear and engaging captions that match our brand tone
Design simple but attractive visuals using Canva or similar tools
Monitor messages, comments, and community engagement daily
Maintain and organize the monthly content calendar
Track insights and performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm updates
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience managing social media pages for brands or businesses
Strong written English and communication skills
Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar scheduling tools
Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Creative mindset with an eye for visuals and storytelling
Nice to Have
Experience running paid ads (Facebook or Instagram)
Basic video editing skills for Reels or TikToks
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
