without sales pressure. This is not a self-gen LO role and not a traditional processor position. Review loan applications and supporting documentation Analyze income, assets, credit, and risk Identify issues early and create paths to approval Partner internally to move files forward efficiently Prioritize files based on readiness and urgency What We’re Looking For
5+ years in mortgage lending (LO, LOA, processor, underwriting-adjacent) Strong understanding of purchase pre-approvals Detail-oriented and organized Creative problem-solver who knows how to stay compliant Comfortable making decisions and recommendations
