Ministry Type Camp Ministry
Responsibilities
Have personal quiet time each day with the Lord.
Ensure all staff are healthy and safely back in the dorms.
Guide summer staff in prayer and Bible study.
Plan summer staff socials and spontaneous conversations to encourage them in their work and ministry at Eagle Sky.
Work alongside summer staff as they process first‑time homesickness and encourage them as they serve at Eagle Sky.
Qualifications
Growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ that demonstrates the Lordship of Christ and models servant spiritual leadership to the guests.
Willingness to listen and work alongside the summer staff as they transition into a summer of ministry.
Experience working with others in a leadership role and serving as leader in prayer and Bible study.
Dependable with a strong work ethic, willing and able to follow an exhausting weekly schedule yet flexible when needed.
Requirements
Must be 21 years old or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
