Overview Corporate Training Facilitator – CoStar Group – Richmond, VA. In office, Monday – Friday.

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development professional to implement training programs aligned with business initiatives. The facilitator will develop job and soft skills trainings for new and tenured employees at varying levels. Operates independently and collaborates with others to lead and manage classes.

Responsibilities

Facilitate professional development trainings and provide on-site representation.

Enable and guide participant-led discussions around training presentations/materials.

Coordinate administrative functions necessary to deliver and document learning and development programs.

Develop training curricula, instructor manuals, learner guides and other materials.

Cross-departmental communication to develop new initiatives and improve learning outcomes.

Manage learning environment: classroom setup, systems setup, course materials, media, and online learning.

Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.

Recommend modifications to course content to enhance programs, resources, and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.

5+ years facilitating enterprise Learning and Development initiatives and programs.

Ability to create inclusive learning environments and adjust based on audience learning needs.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

Working knowledge and application of adult learning methodologies.

10% travel (international and/or domestic) as required.

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development or related field.

Prior management experience assisting Manager/Senior Leadership training materials and environments.

Experience working in Instructional Design Applications; Articulate 360 preferred.

Working knowledge of LMS; Instructional design eye.

Travel 10% travel (international and/or domestic) as required for business need.
