AnAccount Executive supportscontinued growth by drivingnet-newbusiness. This is a full sales cycle, hunter-focused role ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships in the field, and closing long-term managed services partnerships. You will own the sales process frominitialoutreach through close, working closely with leadership and technical teams to deliver thoughtful, consultative solutions. While the office serves as your home base,the majority ofyour time will be spent prospecting andmeeting withprospective clients. Responsibilities

Prospect and engage new SMB organizations throughout NE Metro Atlanta

Generate qualified leads and secure first-time appointments (FTAs)

Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and technology needs

Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close

Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to align solutions with client goals

Maintainaccuratepipeline, activity, and forecasting within HubSpot

Leverage sales and marketing tools including ZoomInfo and Google Ads campaigns

Represent Rocket IT in a professional, relationship-driven manner within the community

Consistently meet activity and revenue expectations tied to growth goals

Work Model Expectations: The company-wide in-office day isTuesday, whenthe weekly staff meeting is held first thing in the morning. For Account Executives, the office serves as a home base, with in-office expectations on Mondays and Tuesday mornings.The majority oftime will be spent in thefieldprospecting and meeting with clients. Requirements

Proven hunter mentality with a passion for net-new business development

Experience in full cycle B2B sales, ideally within IT services or a consultative environment

Strong communicationand relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders

Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously

Experience using CRM and sales intelligence tools

Ability to manage a field-based schedule and balance office and client-facing time

Benefits

We invest in you so that you can invest in your work. Our benefits package prioritizes your wellbeing and includes: Base salary: $75,000–$120,000 depending on experience On-target earnings (OTE): $150,000–$240,000
