This role is ideal for a resourceful, digitally savvy sales professional who excels at social selling and has a passion for using advanced sales tools to drive engagement and growth in their market.

Responsibilities

Expand Market Presence:

Develop new business within the assigned vertical by proactively identifying prospects, leveraging social selling techniques, and nurturing relationships through strategic outreach. Utilize a blend of traditional sales methods and digital networking to increase LION’s market penetration and establish a trusted presence within the vertical.

Establish a Strong Presence:

Engage with customers and educate the market on fire safety training, positioning yourself as a trusted expert within your vertical.

Consultative Sales Approach:

Use solution-based selling to understand each customer’s unique needs, providing insights that position LION as the preferred choice for fire safety solutions.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

Deliver accurate sales forecasts and share relevant market trends to assist with product positioning and business development.

Continuous Learning & Tool Adoption:

Stay up-to-date with emerging sales technologies, including AI-driven tools, to maintain a competitive edge in sales outreach and customer engagement.

Education & Experience

3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within a specialized market, with a strong track record in consultative or solution-based selling.

Proven experience in social selling and digital networking, with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Digital proficiency, with a strong understanding of online sales tools and a commitment to using technology to enhance sales productivity.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for creating engaging social content and thought leadership.

Demonstrated ability to cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers within target verticals.

Relationships & Contacts

Collaborate closely with Senior Sales Leadership, Marketing, and the broader sales team to align strategies and drive impactful customer engagements.

Engage regularly with key decision-makers and influencers within the assigned vertical market.
