Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Commercial Strategy Lead, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based across Switzerland. Together, we work on advancing the Swiss market in digital payments and strengthening Nexi’s position through secure, innovative payment solutions.
What You’ll Do
Analyze the existing customer portfolio to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, churn risks and strategic improvement areas.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that reduce churn and strengthen customer value.
Act as the strategic project owner for all revenue management programs across Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing.
Work closely with the channel leaders to develop strategies that support business development efforts, including pipeline generation, lead qualification, and account penetration strategies.
Drive commercial transformation projects, including adopting new sales methodologies, technologies, and organizational changes.
Ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in through effective change management.
Ensure optimal use of CRM (Salesforce) and other sales technologies.
Identify and implement new tools to increase efficiency and insights.

Essential Qualifications
Master Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Several years of experience in commercial strategy and revenue management.
Strong analytical and project management skills with cross-functional exposure.
Comprehensive understanding of the Swiss SMB segment and local market specifics.
Proven change-management and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Experience with CRM systems and sales technologies, especially Salesforce.
Fluent in English and German or French.
Bonus Skills
Proven experience within the digital payments or telecom sector.
Experience with churn modeling, customer segmentation, or advanced analytics.
Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
Experience working in international or matrix organizations.
