RESPONSIBILITIES
Mastercompany systems and products to deliver a first-class client experience
Followup with warm leads and prior client inquiries
Meetwith clients virtually via Zoom or phone during the salesprocess
Managedirect communication between clients and the company
Collaboratewith your agency team to ensure smooth, professional clientexperiences
Meetor exceed performance goals to earn promotions andleadership opportunities
Maintainstate licensing requirements and compliancestandards
Attendweekly virtual meetings for training and teamdevelopment
Buildand nurture client relationships through company-providedor self-generated leads
Educateclients on how our products help build and protectgenerational wealth
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Comfortablewith technology and modern communication tools
Strongtime management and organization skills
Excellentcommunication skills - both on the phone andface-to-face
Aservant leadership mindset focused on helping others
REQUIREMENTS
Abilityto work flexible hours - evenings and weekends as neededfor clients
Reliablecell phone, data, and Wi‑Fi access
Mustpass a background check
