About the role We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on
Marketing Specialist (fixed term)
to cover a maternity leave, with the possibility of extension. This role focuses on product communication, event and webinar coordination, and ongoing customer engagement, while supporting Sales and Product teams with effective marketing execution.
Core responsibilities
Create and manage
product‑related content and communications , including written and visual content
Plan, coordinate, and execute events , including promotion, and follow‑up with Sales team
Coordinate webinars , including communication, scheduling, and internal alignment
Maintain and develop
partnerships (non‑profit organisations, customers and partners)
Manage and maintain
social media communications
across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook)
Supporting activities
Drive
customer engagement and re‑activation
initiatives
Support
Sales and Product teams
with campaigns, materials, and messaging
Manage and optimize
nurture flows
Use
data and insights
to monitor performance and improve marketing activities
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience in
product content creation and marketing communications
Video editing skills , with experience creating short‑form and/or promotional content
Strong
social media skills , including content planning, posting, and engagement
Hands‑on experience with
event coordination
Strong
data and analytical skills
Minimum
3 years of marketing experience , however recent graduate with relevant marketing experience is welcome
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Must be able to come to our office in Geel (at least 2x a week)

(CMS experience)
Experience with
LinkedIn Ads

Familiarity with
