
Account Coordinator - Brokerage

About the Role:
At Sunset Transportation, the Account Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly. You will collaborate with the Account Manager and team to manage load and shipment details, ensuring that everything is executed to Sunset standards. Your communication skills will be crucial as you interact with customers, shippers, receivers, and carriers, all while maintaining a high level of customer service.
What You’ll Do:
Schedule, track, and audit loads and shipments
Communicate load and shipment details to customers
Manage TL/LTL loads, including quoting and scheduling appointments
Maintain accurate records of accounts using our TMS (McLeod)
Problem solve with your team to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years working in a freight brokerage or 3PL
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field
A positive attitude and the desire to make an immediate impact
Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and basic business software
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to build strong relationships focused on customer service
