Overview

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Corporate Paralegal for an innovative, venture-backed AI holding company. This is a direct hire, fully remote role supporting a high-growth portfolio of AI-native businesses. Candidates must be able to work Pacific Time hours (8:30 AM–5:00 PM PT). Perks

Support entity formation, corporate governance, and ongoing compliance across multiple operating companies Prepare, organize, and maintain corporate documents including contracts, board consents, and internal policies Manage corporate records, filings, compliance calendars, and document repositories Assist with financings and transactions by coordinating signatures, tracking deliverables, and managing closing checklists Partner with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of legal processes Provide day-to-day legal operations support to leadership to keep workflows moving efficiently Qualifications

Experience supporting corporate legal work in a law firm, startup, or in-house environment Working knowledge of U.S. corporate law fundamentals, including entities, governance, and contracts Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Clear written and verbal communication skills Compensation And Benefits

This role offers a base salary range of $90,000–$100,000 and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, and participation in a retirement savings plan. How To Apply
