What You’ll Be Doing
Managing full-cycle B2B Accounts Receivable, including collections, dispute resolution, and follow-up Delivering an exceptional B2B customer experience through clear, professional communication Handling high-volume collections while maintaining positive client relationships Using advanced Excel skills, including heavy pivot table work, to analyze and manage AR data Working within SAP and other company systems to track and resolve account activity Ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX standards Owning issues end-to-end until full resolution is achieved and the customer is satisfied What We’re Looking For
5+ years of B2B services rendered experience Strong full-cycle AR experience, including audit responsibilities Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables are a must) Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume, constantly changing environment
