Director Sterile Manufacturing

You will lead daily manufacturing operations across shifts to hit quality, delivery, and cost targets, while supporting clinical production transfers between teams Coordinate aseptic formulation and fill schedules to ensure batches are prepared and released on time, in line with production plans and quality expectations Work closely with Quality and operational leadership to embed a right-first-time mindset, reduce human error, strengthen deviation management, and drive real root-cause fixes Responsible for identifying risks early across operations, quality, and resourcing, and escalate issues before they impact delivery or compliance You will ensure strong regulatory and GMP standards through visible leadership and consistent expectations Job Requirements You should have 8–10 years in GMP manufacturing leadership roles with direct experience in aseptic or sterile manufacturing Hands-on experience across operations, quality, and compliance environments
