Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer accounts by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to customer requests Communicate with customers, sales representatives, accounting, and MP&L teams effectively Working together independently and as a team while being yourself in a professional manner Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Customer Service, Inside Sales and/or Purchasing experience, preferably in MRO, Cutting Tools or Distribution Worked in an ERP system Preferred
