Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Provide accurate information on products, services, and order status. Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and deadlines. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. What Are We Looking For
